What is Tae Kwon-Do?
Tae Kwon-Do is the Korean martial art of self defence. Training in Tae Kwon-Do can improve your fitness, self esteem, confidence, awareness skills, flexibility and co-ordination.
Right from your first lesson you will start developing a whole new range of skills with the opportunity to realise self achievement.
All of our classes are family classes and are suitable for children and adults, both male and females.
Our clubs, students and instructors are members of the TAGB (Tae Kwon-Do association of Great Britain) the largest single martial arts organisation in Europe with 20,000 member across 600 schools in the UK.
We are also members of the BTC, the only recognised national governing body for Tae Kwon-Do in the UK, and also proud members of Tae Kwon-Do International.
Instruction is always given by Mr Beattie who teaches at all of the lessons in all locations: Amersham, Beaconsfield and Berkhamsted.
He is currently a 5th degree black belt who has been training since March 2004 and earned his black belt in October 2007.
He is a fully qualified professional instructor who is fully insured, DBS checked, first aid qualified and trained in safeguarding.
